At NAPAC Museum , our business is helping you understand the journey of African Americans in development of the Natchez area. s Whether you need help with pre-colonization, need help with ancestral support or need to study the profile of the change of a city through the will of determined people, we’ve got programs and services you need to make make your thirst and love of History come alive.

NAPAC was chartered in March 1990, the brain-child of former Judge Mary Lee Toles, who also inspired Josie Gilchrist Camper, Mary White, flora Terrell, and Patricia Washington to form this organization. The stated purpose and mission of the NAPAC organization have been and still remains to be the vehicle in which to educate the public on the history of the African American community in Natchez, Ms from the earliest appearance of Africans in the Natchez area to the present time.
